Coregistration of sagittal and coronal DTI scans

• 3/29/05: Marek and Mark have been trying to coregister sagittal DTI scans to coronal scans.
  • Coronal scans are of the entire brain, are 5 mm thick, and have pixel size of 0.859375 x 0.859375
  • Sagittal scans include only 5 mid-brain scans (spanning the corpus callosum), and also are 5 mm thick, and have pixel size of 0.859375 x 0.859375
