Project: LONI pipeline for UNC script based shape analysis pipeline

Description

This project has two goals that are interrelated.

  1. Build a pipeline using the LONI pipeline application for computing the UNC shape analysis of mesh surfaces. The current script based pipeline cannot be utilized even by advance clinical users. Using the LONI pipeline, we should be able to provide our advanced clinical collaborators with a tool for doing point-wise surface based shape analysis.
  2. The pipeline is applied to the NA-MIC Harvard VA caudate dataset and is compared with the output of the standard UNC pipeline.
