In November:
- Phase II data needs to be completed at all sites, including clinical, imaging, behavioral and genetic data.
- IT WG: Phase I data uploaded and downloadable for public analysis, and the other tools available for the Society for Neuroscience roll-out.
- Calibration WG: Developing the list of ASL sequences; developing the BH device requirements and specifications.
- Cognitive WG: Analysis of Phase II data continuing.
- Stats WG:
In December:
- IT WG: Phase II uploads being debugged; derived data discussions with Cognitive group etc. BrainMap DB schema discussions in prep for Mediation.
- Calibration WG: Evaluating the capabilities and availability/usability of the ASL sequences; developing the BH device. Identify where there is the need for R&D agreements or other issues for ASL use across FBIRN sites.
- Cognitive WG: Discussions of initial Cognitive tasks designs.
- Stats WG:
In January:
- IT WG: Phase II uploads done and ready for downloads; derived data hierarchy being developed.
- Calibration WG: Evaluating the capabilities and availability/usability of the ASL sequences; roll the BH device out to MGH, UCI, some of the ASL sites too. Discussion of the MIND MGH BH and SIRP data and what analyses should be done on it.
- Cognitive WG: Analyses of Phase II data; Testing initial Cognitive tasks designs.
- Stats WG:
In February (for the March Meeting):
- IT WG:
- Calibration WG: Have the recommendations for the ASL sequences to progress with; have the BH device tested at a few sites on Sz and controls. Update on resting data exploration and smoking data analyses.
- Cognitive WG: Have all Phase II data completely analyzed for the purposes of cognitive task evaluation. Continued discussions/testing of cognitive task designs.
- Stats WG: Phase II data can be downloaded in bulk for analyses, calibration method testing, circuitry analyses, initial datamining approaches.
