Objectives

• Gain understanding of Slicer3 architecture.
• Develop a simple demonstration module for Interventional Image Streaming (IIS).

Interventional Image Streaming

• Communication between IIS module and Opentracker source
  • opentracker and SPLOT built
  • Slicer3 with Opentracker 2.0 to be built
• Create "coder" and "decoder" SPLOT transforms for spatio-temporal image compression of a sequence of image frames
• Update image frames in Slicer window. Demonstrate image stream from OT File Source.
• Move IIS module to IGT library? (maybe after AHM)
