In this session we will have a short overview from each site on their mBIRN work over the past six months. New collaborations will be highlighted. Common directions and broad areas for the future will be discussed.

Database Working Group led by Dan Marcus
Topics discussed by this group include: plans for interacting with clinical collaborators, upload of large data sets, XNAT instantiation issues, XNAT/HID common XML schema and web services.
Workflows Working Group led by Shawn Murphy
Topics to be discussed include: porting the gradient unwarping workflow from the MGH portal mockup to the SRB and the determination of a queue for future workflows.
Image Processing Working Group led by Steve Pieper
Topics to be discussed include: further work on the Query Atlas to be included in 3D-Slicer, progress on the Fallon Atlas, FreeSurfer/3D Slicer interoperability, diffusion tensor imaging processing issues.
