- Create a list of open projects on the Cores and Projects Page. We could use this list to collect ideas for contributions to the NA-MIC community that aren't covered by current efforts. This would be useful, for example, for graduate students or others looking for term projects or thesis topics.
- Figure out how to make it possible for users to easily generate test cases for their data and submit the result to Dart2. see validation workshop, particularly Sylvain's comments.
- 2006 APR Prepration
- March 7 - (all Core PIs) Complete list of projects here: NA-MIC_Internal_Collaborative_Projects. These will form the basis of the report this year.
- March 10 - (Tina) Create template project page
- March 10 - (Ron) Discuss/refine project list and template with NIH team
- March 13 - (all Core PIs) assign owners to each project page
- March 13 - (Tina) Circulate final project template to all
- March 30 - (all Site PIs) first draft of each project page
- March 30 - (all Site PIs) send updated biosketches to Sanjay
- April 3 - (all Core PIs) review project pages and provide feedback to Site PIs
- April 10 - (all Site PIs) send updated Other Support to Sanjay
- April 17 - (all Site PIs) send Year 3 budget and Year 2 carryforward estimates to Sanjay
- April 24 - (all Site PIs) send regular progress report to Sanjay
- April 24 - (all Site PIs) complete project pages (this is the scientific component of the APR) on WIKI
- May 1 - (all Site PIs) send letter of intent (between BWH and subs) to Sanjay
- May 8 - (Sanjay) Complete review of all materials for submission
