Logistics

The workshop will be held in the conference room on the second floor at 1249 Boylston Street. This is hands-on training, and people are required to bring their own laptop computers.

  • Dataset 1: 3D Visualization
  • Dataset 2: DiffusionMR

• Tutorial 1: 3D data loading and visualization
• Tutorial 2: DTI Analysis
