Case Inventory PET/CT
The most common task is aligning a structural MRI or CT scan with a PET or SPECT image. Reference space is the structural scan. Because the PET or SPECT images are lower in resolution and often have dramatically different contrast, automated registration can be challenging. However we find that good alignment can often be achieved with the existing tools.
- Case 08: Intra-subject PET-CT scan. Two exams each with a co-registered PET-CT dataset.
- Case 14: alignment of brain PET to structural MRI, with adjustments to MRI aspect ratio and orientation
