This tutorial demonstrates the basic usage and potential of Slicer’s data manager module Subject Hierarchy using a two-timepoint radiotherapy phantom dataset. It shows how to explore loaded data, may it be from DICOM or research formats, how to organize the data, and how to access the data type specific actions. It is also emphasized that data type support and offered actions can be easily extended.
