Talk:NA-MIC VMTK Collaboration

At the 2009 Summer Project week, we discussed organizing a focus group to evaluate the several different vessel segmentation methods from VMTK and other NA-MIC projects, not just for validation but for end-user decision-making as well.

NA-MIC would like to have a 1-2 hour group meeting with vessel segmentation developers to discuss the similarities and differences between methodologies in order to come up with a 'guidebook' for new users and collaborations with existing groups.

Could we tentatively plan for Winter 2009?
