EMATlasBrainClassifier Validation

DTMRI Testing: Scalar measure outputs from the DTMRI module of Slicer (FA and trace) are being compared with standard protocol measurements.

Arcuate Fasciculus Tractography: Testing tractography in DTMRI within the region of the arcuate fasciculus.

Bugs: Ongoing list of bugs encountered while testing Slicer.

Software Test Bed: Contains 1) information about Slicer versions, and 2) data that can be used to verify software accuracy.

New Tools: The "wish list" of research analysis tools, as well as progress on recent software additions.
