- 9:30-10:30 am FIPS training: All the Phase I and Phase II data have to be analyzed using this pipeline, and uploaded to the SRB. All sites need someone with training on how to do this. It’s critical to moving ahead in the next few months. However, the other efforts should split up at 10 am to their discussions.
- 10- noon Planning the upcoming year: How do we get through steps 1 and 2, so that by this time next year we’re just about ready to start the traveling subjects protocol? What do we need done by March, to get there by October? This is split into two discussions, which will have to run in parallel. Stats, IT, and Clinical split among these (joining after the FIPS discussion as necessary), to make sure that the issues of analysis, patient validation, and tool development are included in the timelines.
